Canasta: Skylines

Originally developed in 48 hours for Ludum Dare 41. I have since been adding features and fixing bugs. The reason for the two different pages is that I want the original to be available to those interested.

Just a note, the game Canasta doesn't have much to do with this game, I just wanted to make a fun name.

Background: You are appointed to start up a city. Your goal is to claim land and build infrastructure until it supports 50 people. You have to try to balance the needs and happiness of the citizens with the randomness of what cards you get every month.
